Elyse graduated from Griffith University (QLD), with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Masters of Physiotherapy in 2015. Since then, Elyse has worked extensively as a Physiotherapist and a Clinical Pilates Instructor in a Sports and Pelvic Health area across Melbourne and Perth.

Elyse is highly experienced in running Clinical Pilates classes and prescribing individual therapeutic exercises based on each patient’s presentation. She is passionate about empowering her clients through education and movement, to better understand and manage their injuries.
